Heating Instructions

Eisenberg^® franks and sausages are easy to heat up and even easier to serve.

Boiling

Fill a pot with enough water to cover the hot dogs.
Bring the water to a boil, then add the hot dogs.
Reduce heat and simmer for 4-6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
For a crispier texture, you can pan-fry them after boiling.

Baking

Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Place the hot dogs on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan.
Bake for about 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Microwaving

Place the hot dog on a heatproof plate lined with a paper towel.
Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Check for even heating, and microwave in 30-second intervals if needed until internal
temperature reaches 165°F.
Be cautious of steam when removing from the microwave.

Grilling

Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Place the hot dogs on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
